A fully stocked pantry never fails to make me happy. Tea and tonic herbs on top; snacks, staples, and everything else underneath.

Marigolds are my favorite edible flower, I pull the petals from the calyx and sprinkle them on everything for a pop of summer color.

Sprouted seed crackers are my everyday snack, I’m completely addicted. I usually stick with Original but am enjoying Jalepeño right now!

Thrive Market tahini, Divina olive tapenade, Gaia Herbs elderberry syrup, and Purely Elizabeth granola in my pantry.

I’m hooked on the new pita chips, Mediterranean Herb is my favorite.



Mina preserved lemons, Seggiano pesto (the BEST ever), Maldon salt, Ancient Organics ghee, and Nag Champa incense burning while I cook.

Sun Potion tocos, Anima Mundi blue lotus, Leaves + Flowers rooibos tea, Song Tea in marshmallow, and most important my beloved Kettl matcha - a daily indulgence.

This time of year, I crave fresh and hydrating foods so my refrigerator is full of seasonal produce for salads, juices, smoothies, and snacks.

Veggies, fruit, Polaroid film, and a plethora of beverages: garden-grown mint tea, Goodbelly Juice, Califia Farms Oat Milk, and Topo Chico.

Not-so-#humblebrag: I grew all of these greens in my garden. I’ll soon have tomatoes and other Summer harvests as well. Everything from Malk is delicious, it’s what I reach for when I don’t have time to make homemade mylks.
